Hello and good morning everyone. It is very dull and dreary outside at the moment, whether it will brighten up, I dont know, but I know I'm going to enjoy my crafting time in peace and quiet, because my dear husband has gone off to the football.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenge.

As you like it.  FAVOURITE 2 EMBELLISHMENTS and WHY!!!!!!

Wow, I just love the colours of this card, and I hope that you do too.

Firstly, let me explain about my 2 EMBELLISHMENTS.  Now I just love to embellish my cards, and choosing two is very hard for me. So I will just have to explain what I have added onto this card.

SILVER DECORATIVE BORDER - I can not make my cards without having my edges straight and decorated. I call this my SIGNATURE EMBELLISHMENT.

My next embellishments are FLOWERS & BUTTERFLIES - I have to have TEXTURES & LAYERS which give the effect of MOVEMENT.

I love lots of other embellishments too, but I am not allowed to list them all, but you only need to visit my blog and you will see what I mean.

For the background, I have used a GINGHAM CARD, edged with a SILVER DECORATIVE BORDER to highlight and give definition too.
I then used two strips of GOLD & ORANGE PEARLISED CARD. The orange layer has been punched using the Martha Stewart OPTIC DOT PUNCH, this has then been adhered onto the GOLD STRIP.
My image is from Limited Runs and is called FLOWERS. I has been coloured with Promarkers, then mounted onto Orange card and edged with the Silver Decorative Border. It has been adhered with Sticky pads onto the panel.
I have then die-cut  the Memory Box - PIPPI BUTTERFLY in GOLD PEARLISED CARD and added a PEARL onto the body for added texture.
My FLOWERS have been created using the MEDIUM & SMALL DAISY PUNCH using
co-ordinated card and a small flower for the centres.
For the FOLIAGE I have used the Creative ExpressionsFERN TRIO DIES and also the
Spellbinders FOLIAGE SET.

I hope that you like my card. Have a lovely weekend and Happy crafting.

Hello again, how lovely it feels to be able to make a few cards and craft, but I best not overdo things, so I think this will be my last one for today.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenge.

Cutie Pie Challenge.  CUTE AND GIRLY.

I love Pink so this is definitely CUTE & GIRLY.
It is quite easy to see the construction, so I will just write down the DIES & PUNCHES that I have used.

My image is called SOCK HOP CUTIE and has been coloured with Promarkers.
Crafts Too - FRAMES 9.
Spellbinders- FOLIAGE SET.

All edges have a SILVER DECORATIVE BORDER to highlight and give definition too.
The sentiment reads "HAVE A LOVELY DAY".
I have completed the look with gems and rosebuds.

Thank you so much for stopping by. Hopefully I will see you tomorrow, depending on the pain levels.
Happy crafting.

Hello everyone, I hope that you are all having a good day. At the moment it is very dark and miserable here, although it is warm. It is looking like rain may be on the way, I hope not.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenge.

Digi Choosday.  Week #32.  PUNCHES and/or DIE-CUTS.

The FLORAL CARD for the background is from my stash and I have decorated the edges with a SILVER CHAINLINK BORDER.
I have made a panel border using two colours of pearlised card. The CREAM STRIP has been punched with the Martha Stewart OPTIC DOT punch, and this has then been mounted onto a
DEEP GREEN pearlised card. I then added a GREEN & WHITE POLKA DOT RIBBON down the centre. At the top of the panel I added a DOUBLE BOW in co-ordinating ribbons.
I then die-cut TWO SIZES of the Spellbinders WAVY RECTANGLES in CREAM and
LIGHT GREEN CARD. I then added my cut out image called RAPUNZEL SASSY and edged the top layer with GREEN STICKLES.. This topper was then positioned at an angle.
I then used GREEN & CREAM PATTERNED CARD to punch MEDIUM & SMALL SIZED DAISIES to create  four tiered flowers, and in the centres I used PALE GREEN SATIN ROSES and also FLOWER GEMS for added textures. The FOLIAGE is from the Spellbinders FOLIAGE SET.

Thank you very much for stopping by. Enjoy the rest of your afternoon.
Happy crafting.

Hello again blogging friends. My second card today is for the challenge over at

Creative Knockouts.  Challenge #101.  FRIENDSHIP.

For this card, I have used one of my favourite colour combinations, it is just classy and beautiful, so very effective.
For the centrepiece on this card, I have made the sentiment as the main focal point.

The sentiment reads.  "A FRIEND IS A GIFT YOU GIVE YOURSELF".

It has been double mounted on Black Nand Red card.
I have made a patterned floral  border. All edges have a Silver Deorative Border to highlight and give definition too.
I have used two different sizes of DAISY PUNCH to make the flowers, and I have added Card Candi in the centres.
The foliage is from the Spellbinders Foliage set and the final touch is a Silver Lurex Bow.

Happy crafting everyone, and I hope that you have a lovely weekend.
Lots of love, Sandra xxx
